SHIPPING QUESTIONS
Q. Who
can purchase your products?
A. Anyone.
Q. If I'm a non-Mason can I purchase
your products?
A. Yes. Contrary to popular believe among anti-Masons,
Freemasonry is not a secretive society. We only ask that our
products be used for the "good" of Freemasonry.
Q. What is the
shipping time of your products?
A.
Once we receive an
order, or goal is to have it in the United States postal system within 24
to 48
hours. Money orders and certified checks are shipped the same day
our bank accepts them and regular checks are usually shipped within three
days (have to wait for the bank to clear the check).
Q. How are your
products shipped? (Please read next question as well)
A. All products are mailed U.S. Priority mail or U.S. Global Priority mail. Shipping time usually
1-5 days. Your shipping time depends on your location. For
example, a resident in South Carolina (United States) could see a shipping
time of 1 - 2 days, while a resident in California, could see a shipping
time of 3 to 5 days. Notice we say "could"... all shipping times
vary. We base our shipping times off of past performance; all future
performance could be better or worse. Global priority times vary
from 5 to 10 days. For official shipping times, please visit the
U.S. Postal Service website.
If a country does not accept Global Priority mail service then an
equivalent cost mail service will be provided (i.e. shipped U.S. Postal
Service Airmail).
Q. Do you ship
world-wide?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you ship to FPO
or Military addresses outside the United States?
A. Yes, we support all FPO addresses and military addresses.
Q. Do you ship with insurance?
A. Yes. As of Sep 2003 all orders shipped will include postal
insurance to ensure no packages are lost.

A.
We can not, and do not, regulate what prices our "resale" affiliates
charge. Q. Do you offer
encryption and what kind on credit card purchases?
A. We offer SSL 128-bit encryption.
Q. What is SSL?
A. The below information is information explaining SSL (a very
important security feature we use.)
Digital certificates encrypt data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology, the industry-standard method for protecting web communications
originally developed by Netscape Communications Corporation. The SSL
security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message
integrity, and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP connection.
Because SSL is built into all major browsers and web servers, simply
installing a digital certificate turns on their SSL capabilities.
SSL comes in two strengths, 40-bit and 128-bit, which refer to the length
of the "session key" generated by every encrypted transaction. The longer
the key, the more difficult it is to break the encryption code. Most
browsers support 40-bit SSL sessions, and the latest browsers, including
Netscape Communicator 4.0, enable users to encrypt transactions in 128-bit
sessions - trillions of times stronger than 40-bit sessions. Global
companies that require international transactions over the web can use a
global server certificates program to offer strong encryption to their
customers.

SUPPORT QUESTIONS
Q. Something is missing from my Game. Do I
send the game back for a replacement?
A. Under no circumstance should you return the game because you
are missing a game piece, dice or instructions. We will ship you
whatever is missing within 24 hours to your location.
Q. I'm missing a game instructions, game piece or die... can I
purchase these items from your site?
A. If you do not see the item on the purchase page, please contact
via the contact page for more information.
Q. What version of Adobe do I
need?
A. Both Windows and Mac will need version 7 to open the files.
We include Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7 on the CD for both Mac and
Windows. Adobe Acrobat version 7 will install on Windows 2000, and
XP or Mac 10.2.8 and above. If you have Windows 98/ME, this
program will not work on your computer. Also, if you are a Mac
user and attempt to view in Apple "Preview" the software will not work.
The majority of computers have Acrobat Reader 7 installed already, so
this is normally not an issue.
